It's Genki · Websites built and kept running

Web Design in Valencia

A proven template up in days, or a custom build. No lock-in either way.

Websites don't break. They just get old.

You change your summer hours and you can't touch it. You raise your prices and the site still shows last year's. You call whoever built it and nobody answers. When that happens, the site stops being an asset and turns into something you'd rather not show anyone.

A website you can change on a Tuesday morning. I build it and I keep it running: there's nobody else to pass you to.

There are two ways to start. The Starter Plan is a proven template with your copy, your photos and your Google listing connected, up in days. It's the same base Harmony Esthetics started on. A custom build is for when yours doesn't fit a template: bookings, a catalogue, a private area, a connection to the software you already run.

There's no price list because no two are the same. What moves the quote is this, and I'll tell you before you ask:

  • How many genuinely different pages, not how many menu entries
  • Whether it has to connect to something you already use: your till, your booking software, your spreadsheet
  • Whether someone needs to book or pay inside it
  • Whether content has to move over from an old site, and how much
  • How many languages

Send me those five points on WhatsApp and I'll give you a range the same day. No meeting.

Start with the Starter Plan.

A proven template with your copy, your photos and your Google listing connected. Up in days. €199 setup and €99 a month, no lock-in.

How a custom build goes

1

What you actually need

Half an hour, WhatsApp or in person. You tell me what you do, who buys from you and what's failing right now. That decides which pages you need and which you don't.

2

What it will look like

You see the structure and the design before I write a line. Changes happen here, where they're cheap, not once it's built.

3

I build it

Copy, photos, forms, and whatever has to connect: your booking software, your till, your spreadsheet. You see progress as it goes. I don't disappear for a month.

4

I launch it

I publish it, connect it to your Google listing and check everything works.

Questions about web development

What does a website cost?
Depends which way you come in. The Starter Plan is €199 setup and €99 a month, no lock-in, and the full breakdown is on its own page. A custom build has no price list: it depends on the pages, the connections, and whether anyone books or pays inside it. Tell me what you need on WhatsApp and I'll give you a range the same day.
How long does it take?
The Starter goes up in days. A custom build depends on what's inside it. I'll give you a date once I know what has to be built, not before.
Are the domain and hosting included?
With the Starter Plan, yes: the domain is registered in your name, renewal is included, and hosting is part of the monthly fee. On a custom build I handle the infrastructure for the first year; from the second we agree it based on the project. Either way the domain is yours and it goes with you if you leave.
Can I change the content myself?
Copy and photos, yes, without worrying about breaking anything. Structural changes I do: if you're on maintenance they're included, and if you're not I'll tell you what it costs before I touch it.
Why not WordPress?
I don't work with WordPress on new projects. I'll say it up front: if you want to install plugins and move things around in a visual editor yourself, I'm not your supplier. What I do take on is maintaining WordPress sites that already exist.

Here there is a price, because the work is the same every month.

A site nobody touches gets old on its own: last year's hours, last year's prices, and one day it stops looking right on a phone that came out after it did. Maintenance is that not happening, and having someone to change things when you want them changed.

  • Updates and backups: a daily backup and updates kept current, so if something breaks it can be rolled back.
  • Monitoring: I check the site is up and loading fast. If it goes down, I find out, not you.
  • Changes: copy, photos, prices, opening hours. You ask, I do them.
  • You talk to me and I answer: WhatsApp or email. No ticket system, no case numbers.

No lock-in on any of the three. And if there's nothing to do in a given month, there's nothing to do: I'm not going to invent a report to justify the fee.

Got a WordPress site nobody looks after?

I don't work with WordPress on new projects, but if you already have a site, I'll maintain it. From €59 a month, no lock-in.

What I do each month

1

I check everything's up

Every week I check the site loads, the forms arrive and nothing's broken. If something fails, you see it fixed rather than broken.

2

Updates and backups

A daily backup and updates kept current. If a change breaks something, it gets rolled back.

3

I make the changes you ask for

Copy, photos, prices, opening hours, a new page. You message me on WhatsApp and they go into that month.

4

I tell you what I did

A short monthly summary, in plain language. And if nothing needed doing, I'll tell you that too.

Questions about maintenance

My site works. Why pay for maintenance?
Because sites get old on their own. Hours change, prices go up, a new phone comes out. Maintenance means having someone to ask, not insurance against a breakdown.
What does it cost?
Three plans: €59, €99 and €189 a month, plus VAT. The table below says what's in each one. None of them has a lock-in.
What counts as a content change?
Copy, photos, prices, opening hours, banners and new pages. What doesn't count is redesigns or new functionality: I quote those separately and tell you the price before I start. Unused hours don't roll over.
Do you maintain WordPress sites?
Yes. I don't work with WordPress on new projects, but if you already have a site, I'll maintain it.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. None of the plans has a lock-in. You tell me and it stops at the end of the current month.

Tell me what you need.

You tell me what you do and what's missing, and I'll tell you which way I'd go and roughly what it costs. No meeting.
